Witley Park House

Redefining the big house experience

Where scale meets serenity

Witley Park House is a stunning contemporary residence designed for up to twelve guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens to bright panoramic views across the lake, while terraces and balconies complete the harmonious indoor-outdoor flow.

Inside, open living spaces centre around a glass-fronted Danish log burner and 75-inch screen with surround sound system — ideal to gather in for conversation, film nights, or long dinners that linger into the evening. Six bedrooms, each with its own outlook, combine privacy with comfort: freestanding baths beside full-height windows, walk-out balconies, and generous interiors finished in high-spec natural materials.

Beyond the glass, wide decking and a hot tub draw guests into the landscape — perfect for morning coffee as geese cross the water, or relaxed evenings beneath festoon lights and starlight.

  • Interior dining area with a large table set for a meal, decorated with sunflowers and bottles, overlooking an outdoor patio and a lush green landscape with trees and a lake.

    Light

Walls of glass pull the landscape inside. Lush gardens, animals grazing by the forested lake, the changeable sky is always part of the room. Every space catches light differently, creating serene movement throughout the day.

  • Two glasses of champagne on the edge of a hot tub, with a house and outdoor patio area decorated with string lights in the background at sunset.

    Space

Expansive living areas encourage connection. Gather around the long dining table, feel the glow of the log burner, slide open the glass doors leading onto the terrace. Spaces are designed for company, conversation, and slow meals.

  • Living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows showing a view of a river and trees, two beige armchairs with brown blankets, a small wooden table between them, a green potted plant, a fur rug on wooden floor, and a telescope on the balcony outside.

    Calm

Each bedroom is a private refuge: natural materials, freestanding baths, generous balconies. The architecture speaks of its own silence. Lush interiors invite rest. The peaceful setting asks for unhurried mornings by the lakeside.
