The estate is designed to balance shared living with genuine privacy.

The main house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with generous glazing that softens the boundary between indoors and the surrounding landscape. Two self-contained lakeside cabins, each sleeping two guests, sit quietly within the wider grounds, offering independence while remaining connected to the life of the estate.

Together, the layout allows groups to come together easily, while still providing space to retreat, rest, and move through the days at an unhurried pace.

    • Check-out: Late Sunday complimentary checkout is available for weekend stays, with checkout at 4:00pm on Sundays, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed final day. Standard checkout time on all other days is 10:00am.
