Introduction
At NOR67, we welcome guests to enjoy the calm of the lake, woodland and surrounding landscape. Because of the natural setting and the design of the property, there are some access limitations which we share openly so guests can plan their stay with confidence.
1. General Setting
• NOR67 is set within woodland beside an unfenced natural lake • Paths and outdoor areas may be uneven, with gravel, grass or woodland surfaces • Outdoor lighting is intentionally minimal to preserve the dark-sky environment
2. Witley Park House
• Parking is available close to the house • The property is arranged over multiple levels with internal stairs and no lift • There is a ground-floor WC with step-free access • Bedrooms and bathrooms are not fully step-free or wheelchair adapted
3. Woodland Cabins
• The cabins are accessed via rustic woodland paths • Cars cannot be parked directly beside the cabins • Paths are currently not suitable for wheelchair users • Each cabin has a step at the entrance
4. Bathrooms & Facilities
Bathrooms are of standard residential design and are not equipped with grab rails or adapted fixtures. Hot tubs require stepping in and out and may not be suitable for all guests.
5. Additional Considerations
• The lake is unfenced and children should be supervised at all times • Pets are not permitted due to the surrounding wildlife
6. Our Commitment
We are committed to being open and transparent about accessibility. We would always rather have an open conversation in advance to help guests decide whether NOR67 is the right fit for their needs. 📧 hello@NOR67.com
We will always do our best to help guests plan a safe and enjoyable stay.
