Set within a private lakeside landscape, the Nor67 estate is an exclusive-use retreat shaped by contemporary design and a strong sense of seclusion.

Expansive views across water and woodland define the experience, with wildlife and natural rhythms forming a constant, understated presence throughout the stay.

Tranquility elevated

The estate is designed to balance shared living with genuine privacy.

The main house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with generous glazing that softens the boundary between indoors and the surrounding landscape. Two self-contained lakeside cabins, each sleeping two guests, sit quietly within the wider grounds, offering independence while remaining connected to the life of the estate.

Together, the layout allows groups to come together easily, while still providing space to retreat, rest, and move through the days at an unhurried pace.

    Rest

    The exclusive-use private estate sleeps up to 16 guests in calm bedrooms designed as private retreats.

    Natural materials, considered details, and a peaceful setting create spaces that invite rest, reflection, and slow, easy mornings.

    Walls of glass draw the landscape inside.

    Changing skies, reflections on the lake, and the surrounding woodland remain part of everyday life here, allowing natural light to shape the atmosphere from morning through to evening.

The Accomodation

The main house sleeps 12 people across 6 bedrooms (including 1 twin). There are also two self contained cabins, each sleeping 2 guests, with private kitchen and bathroom. (Click here for floorplans so you can plan your stay). Air conditioning is seasonally available in the bedrooms. Beds can be configured as super king, king or twin beds to suit your group’s requirements. Please let your host know your preferred layout before your arrival. Children are welcome but please note the lake is unfenced, and not suitable for swimming or water activities. Pets are not permitted. The estate is intended for quiet, respectful enjoyment. Complementary checkout until 4pm is also available on Sundays to make your stay even more relaxing.
